Home Credit Philippines seeks a Facilities Specialist to manage daily facility operations and implement policy. You will coordinate with admin, maintenance, and vendors to maintain office standards and safety.

The role requires 5+ years in a BPO/corporate setting, good multitasking, and strong communication. Hybrid work and opportunities to collaborate with international offices are offered.

About The Job

The Facilities Specialist shall take charge on the day to day operations and efficient implementation of Facility-related policies. Point person for Admin and technical tasks for each sites. The role will execute and implement work processes and strategies in integrating technology relevant to the company’s needs.

What You’ll Do

• Provide Administrative Assistance (Facilitate Leases renewals, Permits and compliances)
• Provide Technical Support
• Requires daily interactions with colleague including housekeeping, maintenance, vendors and internal/external customers as well
• Collecting and interpreting data
• Planning, organizing and execution of Preventive & Predictive Maintenance program
• Responsible for the upkeep, maintenance & cleanliness of the office
• Manage purchases, maintenance & register of field equipment/tools
• Understands and applies established clerical, standard & operating procedures
• Coordinate with maintenance, contractors and vendors to supervise and monitor pest control, plumbing, maintenance, electrical and other services as needed
• Other duties as required such as Ad-hoc projects related to Facilities
• Serves as Safety Officer

What You Need To Have

• At least 5 years minimum experience in BPO industry, corporate and office setting
• Must be comfortable working with minimal supervision and also working in a team setting
• Should be technically-inclined and good organizational skills
• Communication skills should be excellent and they must be able to multitask
• An eye for detail or good attention to details
• Has the ability to work well under pressure and deadlines
• Good knowledge of MS Office, PM & Predictive Maintenance programs
• Reading and understand technical documentation
• Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and other construction trades preferred
• Able to demonstrate technical expertise, communication and presentation skills, proactive, and flexible
• May work longer hours if business conditions require it
• Planning & project management, can drive for change and with high sense of ownership & responsibility
• With background in financials, negotiation, pricing and/or profitability
• Tenant Relations experience
