Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Facilities Specialist to manage day-to-day operations and implement facility policies across sites. You will be the admin and technical point person, coordinating leases, permits, vendor work, and preventive maintenance.

The role requires 3–5 years in corporate/office settings, knowledge of electrical/HVAC, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years minimum experience in BPO industry, corporate and office setting.
• Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and other construction trades preferred.
• Should be technically-inclined and good organizational skills.
• Communication skills should be excellent and they must multitask.
• An eye for detail and good attention to details.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, PM & Predictive Maintenance programs.
• Reading and understand technical documentation.
• Planning & project management with ownership and responsibility.
• Background in financials, negotiation, pricing and/or profitability.

Responsibilities

• Provide Administrative Assistance (Leases, permits and compliance) and technical support.
• Interact daily with housekeeping, maintenance, vendors, and customers.
• Plan, organize and execute Preventive & Predictive Maintenance.
• Oversee upkeep, maintenance and cleanliness of the office.
• Manage purchases, maintenance and register field equipment/tools.
• Coordinate with maintenance, contractors and vendors for services.
• Serve as Safety Officer.
