Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Facilities Specialist to manage day-to-day facilities operations, admin tasks and the integration of technology for our sites. You will drive policy implementation, ensure safety, and coordinate with vendors and maintenance teams to keep facilities compliant and efficient.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking and a proactive approach, with a focus on ownership and reliable delivery under deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in BPO, corporate and office settings.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and in a team.
• Technically inclined with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and construction trades preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Administrative Assistance (Lease renewals, Permits and compliances).
• Provide Technical Support.
• Daily interactions with colleagues including housekeeping, maintenance, vendors and internal/external customers.
• Collect and interpret data.
• Plan, organize and execute Preventive & Predictive Maintenance programs.
• Maintain upkeep and cleanliness of the office.
• Manage purchases, maintenance and register of field equipment/tools.
• Coordinate with maintenance, contractors and vendors to supervise pest control, plumbing, electrical and other services.
• Ad-hoc projects related to Facilities.
• Serve as Safety Officer.
