Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Facilities Specialist to manage day-to-day operations and implement facility-related policies across sites. The role serves as the point person for Admin and technical tasks, coordinating with vendors and internal teams to keep facilities compliant and efficient.

The position requires at least 5 years in BPO/corporate settings, strong organizational and communication skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in BPO, corporate and office settings.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and in a team.
• Technically inclined with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Detail oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Familiar with MS Office and PM/Predictive Maintenance programs.
• Reading and understanding technical documentation.
• Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and construction trades preferred.
• Proactive with planning and project management.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative assistance including leases renewals, permits and compliances.
• Provide technical support.
• Interact daily with housekeeping, maintenance, vendors and customers.
• Collect data and interpret findings.
• Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Maintain office upkeep, cleanliness and safety.
• Manage purchases and register field equipment/tools.
• Follow established clerical and operating procedures.
• Coordinate with maintenance, contractors and vendors for pest control, electrical and other services.
• Handle ad-hoc facilities projects.
• Serve as Safety Officer.
