Job summary

Teleperformance Philippines is seeking an experienced Facilities Repair & Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance, repair, and operation of facilities, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance across multiple trades.
• Proven ability to supervise maintenance personnel and coordinate contractors.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and masonry.
• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance programs in commercial/industrial settings.
• Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and vendor negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for buildings and infrastructure.
• Schedule repairs, renovations, and equipment upgrades while ensuring safety inspections.
• Manage vendor contracts and service providers for maintenance and capital projects.
