Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Facilities Maintenance professional to manage technical and maintenance services for office spaces, ensuring safety and reliability.

Responsibilities include fault finding on electrical, aircon and plumbing systems; preventive maintenance, reading drawings, stock monitoring and meeting SLAs; coordinating with other trades and responding to client needs with a proactive, team-driven approach.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years experience in Building maintenance and corporate office setting.
• Experience with electrical & aircon systems including fault finding, testing, maintenance and repair.
• Value teamwork and ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Demonstrate willingness to develop new skills and train others.
• Flexible attitude and willingness to work outside normal hours including emergencies.
• Positive, proactive and customer-focused approach; interest in energy management and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Understand and competently work on electrical, aircon, and plumbing systems including fault finding, testing, maintenance and repair.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and instruction manuals.
• Safely use tools and equipment associated with electrical trade and maintenance activities.
• Erect, work off and dismantle scaffolding, ladders and platforms as needed.
• Monitor material and tool stock levels; ensure adequate maintenance supplies.
• Ensure service delivery meets SLAs and work schedules; respond to customer requests.
• Perform preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance; handle out-of-hours calls as required.
• Carry out administrative duties such as time sheets and daily checklists.
