• Bachelor's Degree in related field with seven years of relevant experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proven ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated initiative and ownership with focus on continuous improvement.
• Strong customer service disposition and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Execute delivery of facility services, including house and building services, interior and exterior maintenance, safety and security.
• Maintain membership in IFMA, BOMA or similar facilities management organization.
• Review current facilities best practices and trends to facilitate effective delivery of facilities services.
• Assist with implementing facility operations processes defined by regional and/or senior facilities leadership.
• Monitor site-specific facility operations standards and processes (e.g., emergency procedures, facility initiatives and security standards and processes) as necessary.
• Work with internal customers to identify and address emerging facility requirements and issues.
• Maintain vendor relationships to facilitate delivery of outsourced services and ensure fulfillment of terms of vendor agreements and contracts.
• Supervise personnel in maintaining and supporting relationships with customers and vendor.
• Act as a point of contact for internal and community-based organizations for special events.
• Adhere to annual budget by monitoring expenses and implementing corrective action plans.
