The position requires at least 1 year in Facilities Management, familiarity with BPO environments, excellent communication, and a willingness to work a rotating six-day schedule. Strong organizational skills are essential.

• Min. 1 year working experience in Facilities Management.
• Familiarity in BPO set-up.

Responsibilities

• Creates work orders and assigns them to multiple technicians, subcontractors and vendors.
• Maintains files on work orders, proposals, and department files; creates vendor files and checks accuracy on paperwork submitted by vendors.
