Job summary

You will supervise staff, coordinate daily activities, and monitor performance while driving process improvements and cross-training. Strong leadership and vendor coordination are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of facilities management experience.
• Data Center experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training and development, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate and manage daily team activities, set schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
• Oversee recruitment and hiring of new employees.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure service levels and pricing meet contracts.
• Develop and maintain account operation playbooks and service delivery plans.
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to codes and regulations.
