Qualifications

• Engineering graduate with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Proven people management experience, including supervising workforce requirements.
• Experience in preparing, analyzing, and presenting reports and business presentations.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated information and convey performance expectations.
• Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the discipline and department.
• Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
• Advanced math skills for calculating percentages, fractions, and other financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor training and development, conduct performance evaluations and coaching, and oversee recruiting and hiring.
• Schedule and manage the team's daily activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
• Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
• Perform facility inspections and QA following regulations; suggest improvements and upgrades.
• Manage environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.
• Oversee vendor relationships and invoicing; review quotes for parts, services, and labor.
• Conduct process and procedure training on maintenance, repairs, and safety best practices.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values; influence stakeholders to reach agreements.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues.
