Swissôtel Clark, located in the Clark Freeport Zone, is seeking an F&B service professional to provide prompt and courteous service to hotel guests. The role supports the Outlet Manager in daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.

Experience in F&B, a college diploma or equivalent, and English proficiency are required. MS Office skills and a willingness to coordinate across departments are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
• Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages.
• MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant Outlet Manager/Outlet Manager in planning, implementing, organizing and coordinating daily restaurant operations.
• Ensure efficient restaurant operation and consistent, high-quality service to hotel guests.
• Coordinate with other departments to maximize guest dining experiences.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with Accor LQA standards.
