Job summary

Swissôtel Clark, located in Clark Freeport Zone in Central Luzon, seeks an F&B service professional to provide prompt, professional service to hotel guests. The role focuses on supporting outlet operations and ensuring quality dining experiences daily.

Reporting to the Outlet Manager, you will help plan, coordinate and maintain efficient restaurant operations, while upholding Accor LQA standards, guest satisfaction and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Additional certification in Food & Beverage will be an advantage.
• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
• Ability to speak other languages will be an advantage.
• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
• MS Office skills: Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Outlet Manager in planning, implementing, organizing and coordinating the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant on a daily basis.
• Assist in ensuring the restaurant runs in an efficient manner and proper service is offered at all times.
• Assist in assuring the most efficient operation of dining room, offering maximum service to hotel guests through good planning and coordination with other departments.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with Accor LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) standards.
