Job summary

Swissôtel Clark is seeking a hospitality professional to provide prompt and professional F&B service to hotel guests. The role involves assisting the Outlet Manager in planning and coordinating daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and optimal guest satisfaction.

Key tasks include maintaining efficient dining room operations, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring compliance with Accor LQA standards.

Qualifications

• College diploma or equivalent required; English literacy essential.
• F&B certification is an advantage.
• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Ability to speak other languages is a plus.
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Job Description

This position is responsible for providing prompt and professional F&B service to Hotel’s guests.

Primary Responsibilities

• To assist the Assistant Outlet Manager/Outlet Manager in planning, implementing, organizing and coordinating the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant on a daily basis.
• To assist the Assistant Outlet Manager/Outlet Manager in ensuring that the restaurant is running in an efficiently manner and proper service is offered at all times.
• To assist the Assistant Outlet Manager/Outlet Manager in assuring the most efficient operation of dining room, offering the maximum in service of hotel guests through good planning and coordination with others departments.
• To assist the Assistant Outlet Manager/Outlet Manager in ensuring compliance with Accor LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) standards.

Qualifications

Knowledge and Experience

• College diploma / Secondary school education or Equivalent qualifications
• Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage
• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
• Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
• Minimum 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
