Primary Responsibilities

Outlet Operation

Toassistthe AssistantOutletManager/OutletManager in planning,implementing,organizingand coordinating the smooth and efficient operation of the restauranton a daily basis.
Toassistthe AssistantOutletManager/OutletManager in ensuring that the restaurant is running in anefficientlymanner and proper service isoffered at all times.
Toassistthe AssistantOutletManager/OutletManager in assuring the most efficient operation ofdiningroom, offering themaximum inservice of hotel guests through good planning and coordination withothersdepartments.
Toassistthe AssistantOutletManager/OutletManager in ensuringcompliance with Accor LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) standards.

Qualifications

Knowledge and Experience

College diploma/Secondaryschool educationor Equivalent qualifications
Additionalcertification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage
Good reading,writingand oralproficiencyin English language
Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
Minimum 2- 4years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
