Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
  • Highly professional, discreet, reliable, and detail oriented.
  • Able to work independently and handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with executives, employees, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the executive’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and prepare meetings, including agendas, presentations, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Handle confidential documents, correspondence, and business information with discretion.
  • Serve as a key point of contact between the executive and internal or external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, letters, and other business documents.
  • Monitor deadlines, commitments, and follow-up items to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate with different departments to support executive-level projects and initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing business meetings, events, and other executive engagements.
  • Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making and business activities.
  • Manage incoming communications and ensure important matters are properly addressed and escalated.
  • Maintain an organized filing and document management system.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the executive.
