Miyuco Enterprise in the Philippines is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the executive management team. The role manages calendars, coordinates meetings, and prepares documents while safeguarding confidential information and ensuring priorities are organized and followed through.

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative, organizational, and operational support to the executive management team. The position is responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing documents and reports, handling confidential information, facilitating communication, and ensuring that executive priorities and commitments are properly organized and followed through.
The Executive Assistant serves as a key liaison between the executive and internal departments, clients, business partners, and other stakeholders.
1. Executive Support
Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, appointments, meetings, and schedules.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas and necessary documents.
Monitor and follow up on important deadlines, commitments, and action items.
Assist the executive in organizing daily priorities and activities.
Prepare reminders and updates regarding important appointments and business matters.
2. Administrative Management
Prepare, organize, and maintain correspondence, presentations, reports, minutes, and other business documents.
Handle emails, calls, and other communications on behalf of the executive when appropriate.
Maintain an organized filing and documentation system.
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries.
Process administrative requests, reimbursements, and other executive‑related requirements.
3. Meeting and Coordination
Schedule and coordinate meetings with employees, managers, clients, suppliers, and external partners.
Prepare meeting materials and take accurate meeting minutes when required.
Monitor meeting action items and coordinate follow‑ups with concerned departments.
Ensure that important instructions and decisions are properly communicated and followed through.
4. Communication and Liaison
Act as a professional point of contact between the executive and employees, clients, suppliers, and business partners.
Facilitate communication between departments as directed by the executive.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Maintain professionalism and proper business etiquette in all communications.
5. Reports and Monitoring
Assist in preparing management reports, presentations, summaries, and business updates.
Monitor pending requests, approvals, documents, and executive action items.
Consolidate information from different departments for executive review.
Conduct basic research and prepare summaries or briefing materials as needed.
6. Project and Special Assignments
Assist in coordinating special projects and initiatives assigned by the executive.
Support company events, executive activities, and business meetings.
Conduct research and gather information necessary for decision‑making.
Perform other administrative or operational tasks as may be assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Office Administration, or a related field.
At least 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Professional, trustworthy, discreet, and highly organized.
