Manila Bankers Assurance is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to anticipate the executive's needs and coordinate resources. You will support calendar management, correspondence, filing, and coordination for the Executive Office.

Anticipates the executive needs and proactively brings together appropriate people and resources to support the executive in addressing issues. Provides executive support through calendar management, correspondence, filing, and coordination.
Files and safe keeps documents and minutes of meeting
Maintains an efficient physical and electronic filing system
Manages an active calendar of appointments, schedules and up to date contact list
Administers correspondences, manages incoming calls, and prioritizes phone messages, emails and mail for the Executive Office
Graduate of any business course
At least three (3) years experience as Executive Assistant
Very good verbal and writing and report presentation skills
High level of professionalism
Can handle confidential information accordingly
Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
Strong sense of urgency
