Qualifications

  • Prepare and file confidential executive and company documents.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, reservations, itineraries, and logistics.

About the role

  • Prepare, organize, maintain, and file confidential executive and company documents
  • Assist with travel arrangements, appointments, reservations, itineraries, and other logistical requirements

About you
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Office Administration, or any related field
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Secretary, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
