The Mansion Boutique Hotel Clark in the Philippines is seeking an Events and Group Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution of events, group bookings, and functions. You will work closely with Sales, F&B, Front Office, and other departments to ensure flawless delivery and profitability.

The Events and Group Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing events, group bookings, and functions of the hotel/resort. The position ensures that events are well-organized, profitable, and delivered according to guest and company expectations.
Plan and manage events, meetings, conferences, weddings, parties, and group functions.
Handle group inquiries, prepare proposals, quotations, and event packages.
Coordinate with clients from initial inquiry until the completion of the event.
Work closely with Sales, Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure smooth event operations.
Conduct site inspections and assist clients in selecting suitable venues and packages.
Prepare event details, function sheets, contracts, and other required documents.
Monitor event schedules, guest requirements, menus, setups, equipment, and other arrangements.
Coordinate with suppliers, organizers, and external partners when needed.
Ensure that all client requests and special arrangements are properly communicated to the concerned departments.
Monitor event revenues, payments, and outstanding balances.
Follow up with clients for feedback and future business opportunities.
Handle guest concerns and resolve event-related issues in a professional manner.
Develop and maintain good relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, travel agencies, and group accounts.
Assist in achieving the hotel/resort’s sales and revenue targets for events and group bookings.
Prepare regular reports on group bookings, events, sales activities, and upcoming functions.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in events, group sales, hotel operations, or a similar position.
Experience in hotel, resort, events, or hospitality operations is preferred.
Strong communication, coordination, and customer service skills.
Good negotiation and sales skills.
Organized and able to manage multiple events and deadlines.
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic hotel/event management systems.
Able to work well with different departments and handle pressure during busy events.
