The Mansion Boutique Hotel Clark in the Philippines is seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase hotel revenue, attract new clients, and promote the hotels rooms, F&B outlets, events, and facilities.
You will lead a team, build relationships with corporate partners, travel agencies, and event organizers, and coordinate with departments to meet client requirements while monitoring market trends and campaigns.
The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to increase hotel revenue, attract new clients, strengthen customer relationships, and promote the hotel’s products, services, events, and facilities.
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with the hotel’s business goals.
Identify and develop new business opportunities, corporate accounts, travel agencies, event organizers, and other potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Handle sales inquiries, prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and follow up with clients.
Promote hotel rooms, F&B outlets, events, function rooms, packages, and other hotel services.
Conduct sales calls, client visits, presentations, and site inspections.
Coordinate with the Events, Front Office, F&B, and other departments to ensure client requirements are properly handled.
Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing, and promotional activities.
Develop and manage marketing campaigns, promotions, and social media activities.
Monitor sales targets, revenue performance, and marketing results.
Prepare sales and marketing reports and provide recommendations to management.
Attend networking events, trade shows, and other activities to promote the hotel.
Ensure excellent customer service and address client concerns professionally.
Lead, train, and monitor the performance of the Sales and Marketing team.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing or a related hospitality position.
Strong knowledge of hotel sales, events, corporate accounts, and business development.
Experience in handling quotations, contracts, proposals, and client negotiations.
Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong network of corporate clients, travel agencies, event organizers, or other potential business partners is an advantage.
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Able to work independently and meet sales targets.
Willing to conduct client visits and attend business or networking events.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
