The Mansion Boutique Hotel Clark in Pampanga, Philippines, seeks a Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations and drive profitability. You will supervise Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Sales and Marketing, and Maintenance to maintain service standards and guest satisfaction.

The Hotel Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel and ensuring smooth, efficient, and profitable business operations. The role involves managing different departments, maintaining service standards, ensuring guest satisfaction, controlling costs, and supporting the achievement of the hotel’s business goals.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel.
Supervise and coordinate all hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Sales and Marketing, and Maintenance.
Ensure high standards of guest service, cleanliness, safety, and overall hotel operations.
Monitor hotel occupancy, revenue, expenses, and overall financial performance.
Develop and implement strategies to improve hotel revenue and profitability.
Handle guest concerns, complaints, and operational issues professionally and promptly.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, company standards, and government regulations.
Monitor staffing levels, employee performance, attendance, and productivity.
Lead, motivate, and develop department heads and hotel employees.
Conduct regular meetings with department heads to discuss operations, concerns, and targets.
Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to increase bookings, events, corporate accounts, and overall hotel revenue.
Monitor inventory, purchasing, cost control, and proper use of hotel resources.
Review operational reports and provide recommendations to management.
Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of hotel facilities and equipment.
Develop and implement procedures to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Build good relationships with guests, clients, suppliers, business partners, and other stakeholders.
Represent the hotel in meetings, events, and business activities when required.
Ensure the hotel is prepared for inspections, audits, events, and other important activities.
Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in hotel operations, with experience in a supervisory or managerial position.
Strong knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality standards.
Experience managing multiple departments and leading a diverse team.
Good understanding of hotel revenue, budgeting, cost control, and financial reports.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent customer service and guest relations skills.
Ability to handle operational issues and make sound decisions under pressure.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems.
Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays when required.
