Estancia De Lorenzo, Inc. is seeking a Sales Supervisor in Metro Manila to supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the sales team, drive room bookings, events, and revenue opportunities, and develop new business with corporate accounts, travel agencies, and event organizers.
The role requires 3–5 years of relevant sales experience, supervisory or team-lead exposure, and strong skills in communication, negotiation, and CRM usage.
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the sales team to ensure achievement of assigned sales targets.
Assist in implementing sales plans, promotions, and strategies to generate room bookings, events, meetings, and other revenue opportunities.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through corporate accounts, travel agencies, event organizers, group bookings, and other potential clients.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and business partners.
Conduct client visits, sales calls, presentations, site inspections, and business meetings as needed.
Monitor sales leads, inquiries, proposals, bookings, and conversion rates to ensure timely follow-up.
Coordinate with Reservations, Front Office, Events, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth handling of client requirements.
Monitor individual and team sales performance and provide regular updates and reports to management.
Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, packages, and other client-related materials.
Handle client concerns and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and potential business opportunities.
Assist in implementing sales promotions, events, trade shows, client activities, and other business development initiatives.
Guide, coach, and support sales team members in achieving their assigned targets and responsibilities.
Ensure proper documentation and updating of client and sales records.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably with supervisory or team-lead experience.
Advantage: With experience in hotel, resort, hospitality, tourism, or leisure industry sales.
Experience in corporate sales, group bookings, events, travel trade, or account management is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of sales processes, client relationship management, and business development.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business accounts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer-service orientation and ability to handle client concerns professionally.
Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and sales activities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant sales or CRM tools.
Ability to supervise, motivate, and coordinate a sales team.
Willing to conduct field sales activities, client visits, and business meetings.
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays when required for hotel/resort events and client activities.
