Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. seeks an Estimator to provide timely and accurate estimations and customer service. You will work with Sales to understand project details, mark up architectural plans, and ensure correct product application and pricing.

Proficiency with Salesforce and Bluebeam is required, with a focus on data integrity and cross-functional collaboration. Role emphasizes working from office in Mabalacat, regular BOQ meetings, and a proactive approach to customer queries and pricing

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support or technical product consulting.
• Previous experience using Salesforce, Bluebeam, or similar systems.
• Industry-specific construction/material handling/product specification knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Understand architectural plans and mark up product placements accurately.
• Transfer data between Excel, Salesforce, and Bluebeam with precision.
• Participate in BOQ meetings to clarify quantities and product applications.
• Use Price & Spec tools and estimating calculator for standard and non-standard specs.
• Support sales consultants to move projects forward and deliver timely estimates.

Work From Office - This is a Work-from-office setup based in Mabalacat.

The purpose of this role is to provide timely and accurate estimation and customer service to our target customer base. Our Estimators enable and work closely with the Sales team by thoroughly understanding the details of each project application and how our products will be applied to realize the architect's design.

Scoping:

• Able to understand Architectural plans and has an eye for the company's products (or similar) in detail.
• Accurately and neatly mark up all areas where the product is shown

Data Entry

• Accurately transfers data between software (Excel, Salesforce, Bluebeam)

BOQ Meetings:

• Can run through the marked-up plans and product application clearly and allow customers to understand the system.
• Assist with any questions or concerns the customer might raise about the quantities or product.

Quoting:

• Can use Price & Spec tool and estimating calculator to ensure pricing forstandard and non-standard specifications are accurate

• Price and specifications match up and are accurate and correct
• Ensures that data is transferred accurately from one software to another (i.e., Excel to Salesforce)

• Has the motivation and drive to achieve a certain number of tasks a day
• Can handle multiple projects at once and can meet deadlines to getestimates done
• Can identify the higher and lower-priority jobs that need to be completed
