Job Description
Is a fast-growing HubSpot implementation partner based in Australia. We help service-based
businesses get the most out of HubSpot through CRM onboarding, outsourced HubSpot admin support
and lead qualification, so their sales and marketing run smoothly.
The role
You'll set up, configure and grow HubSpot for our clients so their sales and marketing teams actually use
it. This is a hands-on implementation role: part CRM consultant. You'll build automations in HubSpot,
connect software via native and middleware, set up email templates and landing pages, and use design
and AI tools to get it done faster.
Previous development experience not required. If you understand the basics of how code and web pages
work and enjoy learning, we'll help you grow the rest.
Key responsibilities
CRM implementation and consulting
- Support HubSpot onboarding and implementation projects from discovery through go-live.
- Map client sales and marketing processes, then translate them into pipelines, deal stages,
properties and lifecycle stages.
- Plan and execute data migrations and imports from spreadsheets or other CRMs, including
clean-up and deduplication.
- Build workflows, lead scoring, sequences and task automation that remove manual work.
- Set up integrations (native apps, forms, Zapier or Make) and test that data flows correctly.
- Build dashboards and reports so clients can see pipeline, campaign and team performance.
- Train client users and write simple how-to guides so adoption sticks after handover.
Marketing tools and campaigns
- Configure Marketing Hub: forms, lists and segments, email templates, campaigns and tracking.
- Set up email nurture flows and campaign automation.
- Make sure tracking, UTMs and attribution are set up correctly across channels.
Landing pages and web
- Design and build basic landing pages in HubSpot CMS, using drag-and-drop and custom modules
where needed.
- Make light touch edits to HTML, CSS and HubL templates and modules.
- Ensure pages are responsive, fast and on-brand, with forms and CTAs wired into the CRM.
- Install and troubleshoot tracking codes, pixels and embeds on client websites.
- Run basic A/B tests and recommend conversion improvements.
Design and AI
- Create on-brand graphics, email headers and page layouts in Canva or Figma.
- Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, HubSpot's AI features) as part of your everyday workflow, not
as an occasional extra.
- Write clear, structured prompts with the right context, examples and constraints to get reliable
output first time.
- Use AI to draft email sequences, landing page copy and CTAs, then edit for the client's brand and
audience.
- Troubleshoot with AI: diagnose broken workflows, failed Make scenarios, form or tracking issues,
and HTML/CSS problems by sharing errors and setup details.
- Speed up builds with AI: generate property lists, workflow logic, data clean-up formulas and
code snippets, then test before going live.
- Document client setups, write training guides and summarise discovery calls using AI.
- Share prompts and AI workflows that work so the whole team gets faster.
Qualifications and Requirements
What you'll bring
- 2+ years hands-on with a CRM and marketing automation platform. HubSpot strongly preferred;
Salesforce, Zoho, ActiveCampaign or Pipedrive also count.
- Experience implementing or administering a CRM: properties, pipelines, imports and reporting.
- Ability to build automations inside HubSpot, such as workflows, lead routing, lifecycle updates
and task creation.
- Ability to set up simple integrations with Make (or Zapier), connecting HubSpot to forms,
booking tools, spreadsheets and other apps.
- Ability to set up basic email templates and landing pages using HubSpot's editors.
- Basic design skills in tools like Canva or Figma, with a good eye for clean, conversion-focused
layouts.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, HubSpot's AI features) in your
day-to-day work, with solid prompting skills: you know how to give context, iterate and check the
output. You can show examples of using AI to troubleshoot problems, write copy or speed up a
build.
- Beginner-level web skills: you can read and make light edits to HTML and CSS, and understand
how templates and tracking codes fit together.
- A basic understanding of how code works (variables, logic, loops). No previous development
experience required.
- Clear, client-friendly communication. You can explain technical setup to non-technical people.
- Organised and detail-focused, able to manage several client implementations at once.
Perks and Benefits
- Comprehensive health and life insurance starting on your 16th day of employment, including coverage for one free dependent
- Flexible leave credits that can be used for vacation, emergencies, and sick leave
- Exciting Mid-Year Parties with giveaways and cash prizes!
- Endless opportunities for career advancement
