Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a Salesforce AI Engineer to design and implement AI-enabled CRM solutions in the Philippines.

You will leverage Agentforce, Einstein AI, and Salesforce Flow to automate processes and enhance customer engagement across sales, service, and operations. The role requires hands-on expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable Salesforce architectures.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years Salesforce CRM experience across Admin, Consulting, or Development.
• Hands‑on expertise with Salesforce Flow and automation tools.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce and Einstein AI capabilities.
• Experience designing CRM workflows and business process automation.
• Ability to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and systems‑thinking skills.
• Salesforce certifications preferred: Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder.
