Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Transition Specialist in the Enterprise Delivery division, based onsite in BGC, Taguig. You will govern and coordinate transitions into/out of Digital TAC support and Managed Services, reporting to the Associate Director, Enterprise Service Management.

Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, risk and billing management, and ensuring documentation, with opportunities to drive continuous improvement and effective stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in ICT / Managed Service solutions.
• ITIL Foundation certification required.
• Proven track record in improving program delivery and transition management.
• Strong PM and coordination skills with commercial acumen.
• Ability to lead through influencing and relationship building.
• Technical awareness and MS Office competency.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track transition schedules and project governance.
• Deliver transition accountabilities including planning and scheduling.
• Monitor maintenance, licensing, and communication for national projects.
• Coordinate EB work groups and SMEs for delivery.
• Manage risks, issues, and billing for transitions.
• Apply transition governance and commission deliverables.
• Review completion and update documentation in ServiceNow.
• Manage scope/schedule changes to satisfy customers.
• Implement maintenance programs aligning with Transition Management Methodology.
• Contribute to process improvements and procedures.
