Job summary

EY is conducting a transition management role in the Philippines to lead application and service migrations from planning through go‑live. The role emphasizes ITIL-based governance, risk management, and strong stakeholder coordination across global teams.

The successful candidate will drive readiness, coordinating with operations, infrastructure, and project teams to ensure smooth transitions and high service quality in a large enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with Transition and/or Project Management with IT industry and ITIL concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, Operations Management, or related field.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• ITIL v3/v4 Foundation training or higher level certification.

Responsibilities

• Own transition lifecycle for applications/services from design to production handover.
• Define transition plans, timelines, entry/exit criteria, and deliverables.
• Ensure readiness across infrastructure, hosting, environments, deployments, configuration and integrations.
• Support model readiness (L1/L2/L3).
• Validate non-functional readiness: performance, failover, backup/recovery, monitoring.
• Security, compliance, supportability and maintainability validation.
• Complete transition checklists, runbooks, SOPs and knowledge transfer.
• Act as central point between project teams, operations, and infrastructure/platforms.
• Lead Go/No-Go decisions and permit-to-operate discussions.
• Track progress, readiness scorecards, risks; produce dashboards for leadership.
