Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Transitions Program Manager (B2B AU Telco) for onsite work in Taguig. You will lead end-to-end mobility transitions, align internal teams, and manage vendor relationships to ensure successful service integrations for enterprise clients.

The role requires 10+ years in program leadership, with strong telecom knowledge and a track record in project delivery. Day shift, onsite setup, and a dynamic growth path are offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program or project leadership experience.
• Proven vendor and contract management experience.
• Strong knowledge of the telecommunications industry.
• Experience with Lean methodologies.
• Outstanding customer service, professional and confident.
• Ability to provide daily and weekly status reporting.
• ITIL certification (preferred).
• Experience with Agile methodologies (preferred).
• Ability to conduct introduction meetings (preferred).
• Continuous process document reviews (preferred).
• Ability to communicate milestone achievements to customers and stakeholders (preferred).
• Budget management and forecasting (EG. AOP) (preferred).

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Transition Management: ensure seamless integration of mobile services across sites and SLA levels.
• Project Execution & Planning: independently plan and execute medium migrations meeting requirements.
• Team & Indirect Leadership: lead onshore/offshore teams and transition leads with workload balance.
• Vendor & Contract Oversight: manage vendor relationships, monitor performance, and define SOWs.
• Stakeholder & SLT Engagement: collaborate with Account and Sales teams to meet deadlines.
• Operational Excellence: maintain progress tracking and quality checks, drive improvements.
• Strategic Communication: bridge delivery teams and business segments to drive completion of transitions.
