Job summary

MicroSourcing is building a new Enterprise Business Delivery team in the Philippines. We seek a Transition Specialist responsible for governance and coordination of scheduled projects transitioning customers into Digital TAC support and Managed Services.

The role reports to the Associate Director, Enterprise Service Management, and focuses on ensuring successful delivery, risk management, and continuous improvement within national projects. Onsite and dayshift work in BGC, Taguig.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in ICT / Managed Service solutions.
• ITIL Foundation or higher certification is required.
• Proven track record in improving program delivery performance and transition management.
• Strong Project Management and Coordination skills with high commercial acumen.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through high‑impact influencing and relationship building.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic IT literacy.
• Excellent spoken and written communication under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Plan and govern transition schedules and overall project governance.
• Deliver transition accountabilities including planning, scheduling, and task management.
• Monitor maintenance, licensing, and communication for national projects.
• Coordinate Enterprise Business work groups and SMEs for delivery.
• Manage risks, issues, and billing related to transitions.
• Apply governance and approve transition deliverables.
• Review completion and keep process docs up-to-date in ServiceNow.
• Manage changes to scope and schedule to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Implement maintenance programs per Transition Management Methodology.
• Provide input for process improvements and continuous improvement strategies.

Your Role

The Transition Specialist position sits in the Enterprise Business (EB) Delivery division and reports to the Associate Director, Enterprise Service Management. Responsible for governance and coordination of scheduled projects and transition activities to transition customers into/out of Digital TAC support and Managed Services.

As a Transition Specialist, You Will

• Manage and track transition schedules and overall project governance.
• Deliver assigned transition accountabilities including planning, scheduling, and task management.
• Monitor maintenance, licensing, and communication management for national projects.
• Coordinate Enterprise Business work groups and Subject Matter Experts for successful delivery.
• Manage risks, issues, and billing requirements associated with transitions.
• Apply transition governance and commission all transition deliverables.
• Review transition completion and ensure all process documentation is up to date in ServiceNow.
• Manage changes to transition scope and schedule to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Implement maintenance programs to ensure compliance with Transition Management Methodology.
• Provide input and reviews for improved processes, procedures, and continuous improvement strategies.
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• At least 3 years’ experience in ICT / Managed Service solutions.
• Minimum of ITIL Foundation certification.
• Proven track record in improving program delivery performance and transition management.
• Strong Project Management and Coordination skills with high commercial acumen.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through high-impact influencing and relationship building.
• Technical tertiary awareness and intermediate competency in MS Office suite.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills with the ability to perform under pressure.

• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).
• Thought leadership skills and market awareness.
• Knowledge of Workflow systems.
• Experience in office administration and executive support.
• Ability to operate at senior levels within a client base.
