Job summary

MicroSourcing in Taguig City is seeking a Mobile Transition and Delivery Specialist for onsite day shifts. You will manage end-to-end mobile fleet migrations and service transitions, and act as the internal fulfillment owner for provisioning and change activities.

You’ll lead timelines, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery with customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include transition planning, risk mitigation, progress reporting, and ensuring alignment with contract

Qualifications

• Completion of higher-level education.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar telecom role.
• Ability to plan, execute, and manage complex projects with on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with diverse audiences.
• Strong relationship-building and prioritization skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Negotiation skills to balance customer and business needs.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end transitions of customer mobile fleets and activations.
• Develop transition plans and track milestones.
• Manage stakeholder communication and meetings.
