Overview

Our client serves mid‑market to large enterprise customers and is committed to building a sustainable, high‑performance environment in the Philippines.
Your Role
The Transition Specialist position sits in the Enterprise Business (EB) Delivery division and reports to the Associate Director, Enterprise Service Management. Responsible for governance and coordination of scheduled projects and transition activities to transition customers into/out of Digital TAC support and Managed Services.
Responsibilities
- Manage and track transition schedules and overall project governance.
- Deliver assigned transition accountabilities including planning, scheduling, and task management.
- Monitor maintenance, licensing, and communication management for national projects.
- Coordinate Enterprise Business work groups and Subject Matter Experts for successful delivery.
- Manage risks, issues, and billing requirements associated with transitions.
- Apply transition governance and commission all transition deliverables.
- Review transition completion and ensure all process documentation is up to date in ServiceNow.
- Manage changes to transition scope and schedule to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Implement maintenance programs to ensure compliance with Transition Management Methodology.
- Provide input and reviews for improved processes, procedures, and continuous improvement strategies.
Qualifications
Non‑negotiables
- At least 3 years’ experience in ICT / Managed Service solutions.
- Minimum of ITIL Foundation certification.
- Proven track record in improving program delivery performance and transition management.
- Strong Project Management and Coordination skills with high commercial acumen.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through high‑impact influencing and relationship building.
- Technical tertiary awareness and intermediate competency in MS Office suite.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills with the ability to perform under pressure.
Preferred Skills / Expertise
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).
- Thought leadership skills and market awareness.
- Knowledge of Workflow systems.
- Experience in office administration and executive support.
- Ability to operate at senior levels within a client base.
- Consultancy skills and ability to identify customer pain points to map beneficial solutions.
