Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services seeks a Transition Management Supervising Associate in Taguig to lead end-to-end transition lifecycles for applications and services. You’ll craft transition plans, manage entry/exit criteria, and ensure readiness across infrastructure, deployments, and support models.

This role emphasizes risk mitigation, governance, and cross-functional coordination. Ideal candidates have 8–12 years in transition or delivery, strong ITIL knowledge, enterprise-scale transition

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of Transition / Service Management / Delivery experience.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL Service Transition processes.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale application transitions.
• Good understanding of testing, infrastructure, and application lifecycle.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own transition lifecycle for applications/services from design to production handover.
• Define transition plans, timelines, entry/exit criteria, and deliverables.
• Ensure readiness across infrastructure, hosting, environments, and deployments.
• Validate non-functional readiness: performance, failover, backup/recovery, monitoring.
• Act as central point between project/delivery, operations, and infra teams; coordinate defect resolution and risk closure.
• Lead Go/No-Go decisions and govern SLA/OLA readiness and transition risk logs.
