Job summary

MicroSourcing is building a new team in the Philippines to support an Australian telco in delivering end-to-end telecom transitions and mobile fleet management. The role focuses on managing mobile fleet migrations, service transitions, and internal provisioning with a strong emphasis on stakeholder communication and on-time delivery.

You will oversee transition plans, track milestones, manage risks, and provide regular updates while ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with contract

Qualifications

• Completion of higher-level education.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar telecom role.
• Demonstrated project management, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to plan, execute and manage complex projects within budget and timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end transition of customer mobile fleets and new service activations.
• Develop and track detailed transition plans and milestones.
• Serve as primary contact for internal/external stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Provide guidance and support to customers during transition and onboarding.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate when needed.
• Monitor KPIs and report transition status to management.
• Identify opportunities to improve transition processes and best practices.
• Ensure deliveries align with customer contract deliverables.
• Coordinate internal mobility changes and related delivery tickets when required.
