Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Technical Onboarding Specialist to lead onboarding and implementation for enterprise accounts from its Eastwood, Quezon City location. The role emphasizes configuring business-objective aligned deployments and scalable structures across units and regions.

You will conduct research, configure analytics integrations (GA4, Adobe), and partner with customers to understand strategy, requirements, and KPIs.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of implementation or related customer-facing experience.
Strong English-language proficiency with written and verbal communication.
Experience communicating with customers via phone or video conference.
Ability to explain technical and strategic concepts clearly to different audiences.
Strong project management and organizational skills with multiple implementations.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex projects.
Advanced spreadsheet skills with large datasets.
Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, analysis, documentation, and workflows.
Willingness to work full-time during EST business hours.

Responsibilities

Lead onboarding and implementation of enterprise customer accounts with accurate configuration.
Develop scalable account structures across business units and markets.
Conduct keyword research, categorization, page grouping, and competitive research.
Configure AI Search Performance tracking including personas, topics, and prompts.
Collaborate with customers to understand strategy, reporting, and priorities.
Configure, validate, and troubleshoot analytics integrations (GA4, Adobe).
Investigate data discrepancies and coordinate solutions with customers and internal teams.
Maintain clear communication on progress, requirements, risks, and next steps.
Create implementation plans, progress trackers, and documentation.
Present findings and recommendations to customers and stakeholders.
Manage multiple enterprise implementations with timelines.
Use AI tools to support research, documentation, QA, and process improvement.
Identify opportunities to standardize and automate processes.
