Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Solutions Consultant to lead onboarding and implementation for enterprise accounts from Eastwood, Quezon City. The role is onsite with night shift aligned to EST hours, focusing on accurate configuration and scalable account structures across units, geographies, and audiences.

You will conduct keyword research, configure analytics integrations (GA4, Adobe Analytics), and collaborate with customers to align search strategy and reporting with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Strong English-language proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience communicating directly with customers via phone or video conference.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Strong project management and organizational skills for multiple implementations.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex projects.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills and handling large datasets.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and workflows.
• Willingness to work full-time during EST business hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and implementation of enterprise customer accounts with accurate configuration.
• Develop scalable account structures across units, products, geographies, and audiences.
• Conduct keyword research, categorization, page grouping, and competitive research.
• Configure AI Search performance tracking, personas, topics, and prompts.
• Coordinate with customers to understand search strategy, reporting, and priorities.
• Integrate analytics tools including GA4 and Adobe Analytics; troubleshoot issues.
• Investigate data discrepancies and coordinate solutions with customers and teams.
• Maintain clear communication on progress, requirements, risks, and next steps.
• Create implementation plans, progress trackers, and documentation.
• Present findings and recommendations to customers and stakeholders.
• Manage multiple enterprise implementations with accuracy and timelines.
• Use AI tools to support research, analysis, documentation, QA, and process improvement.
• Identify opportunities to standardize and automate implementation processes.
