Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Enterprise Implementation Analyst to lead onboarding and the implementation of enterprise customer accounts, ensuring configurations align with business objectives. You will develop scalable account structures spanning units, product lines, and markets.

You will conduct keyword research, analyze data, and configure AI search performance tracking. Collaboration with customers and internal teams is essential to deliver successful implementations on time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in implementation or a related customer-facing role.
• Strong English-language proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience communicating with customers via phone or video conference.
• Ability to explain technical and strategic concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and implementation of enterprise customer accounts.
• Develop scalable account structures across business units and markets.
• Conduct keyword research, categorization, and competitive research within the platform.
• Configure AI Search Performance tracking and customer personas.
• Partner with customers to understand search strategy, reporting needs, and business priorities.
• Configure and troubleshoot analytics integrations (GA4, Adobe Analytics).
• Maintain clear communication on progress, risks, and next steps.
