Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to lead onboarding and implementation for enterprise accounts from Eastwood, Quezon City. The role operates onsite with night shift aligned to EST business hours, delivering configured solutions and ongoing customer success.

You will coordinate account structures across business units, perform research and analysis, and work closely with customers to meet priorities.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in implementation or a related customer-facing role.
• Strong English-language proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience communicating with customers via phone or video conference.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and implementation of enterprise customer accounts with accurate configuration.
• Develop scalable account structures across units, product lines, and markets.
• Configure AI Search Performance tracking, including customer personas and topics.
• Collaborate with customers to understand search strategy and reporting needs.
• Manage multiple enterprise implementation projects and adhere to timelines.
• Use AI tools to support research, documentation, QA, and process improvement.
