Job summary

MicroSourcing, Eastwood, Quezon City, is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead onboarding and implementation for enterprise accounts, ensuring configuration aligns with business objectives and scales across units.

You will partner with customers to define search strategies, manage multiple projects to schedule, and apply AI tools to improve research, analytics, and documentation.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in implementation or a related customer-facing role.
• Strong English-language proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience communicating directly with customers through phone or video conference.
• Ability to explain technical and strategic concepts clearly to different audiences.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding and implementation of enterprise customer accounts, ensuring accurate configuration aligned with business objectives.
• Develop scalable account structures across business units, product lines, geographic markets, and audience segments.
• Configure AI Search Performance tracking, including customer personas, topics, and prompts.
• Partner with customers to understand their search strategy, reporting requirements, and business priorities.
• Manage multiple enterprise implementation projects while maintaining accuracy and adherence to timelines.
