Job summary

The Enterprise Sales Support Specialist supports AU Account Managers, processing orders, generating billing reports, and raising opportunities to maximize sales opportunities across multiple business sectors.

With at least 2 years in Telco or B2B sales, you will handle CRM tasks, cross-functional coordination, and ensure accurate, timely service delivery while maintaining excellent customer

Qualifications

• At least 2 years solid Telco background and/or B2B Sales experience.
• Customer-facing - interact, engage and provide front-end support.
• Strong problem solving, analytical and resolution skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work both autonomously and within the group and Onshore team.

Responsibilities

• Process orders via Salesforce or APDS and related platforms.
• Raise and validate Deal Support Requests with cross-functional teams.
• Generate billing reports or provide invoice copies.
• Raise Opportunities and Quotes on Salesforce – Vocus and Voice products.
• Create New Billing IDs via Tulip CRM and manage back billing.
• Prepare Service Orders and send to customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce.
