Acquire Intelligence seeks an E&G National Sales Support Specialist to empower Enterprise, Corporate, SMB and Channel Partner accounts in Australia and beyond. You will coordinate order processing, billing, and CRM updates, ensuring accuracy and timely responses across multiple teams.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to work with Salesforce, Tulip CRM, and related tools, contributing to high-quality customer service and KPI achievement.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in Telco/B2B sales or equivalent.
• Customer-facing role experience with clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven problem solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and manage via Salesforce and APDS.
• Raise and validate Deal Support Requests with internal teams.
• Generate billing reports and provide invoice copies.
• Raise Opportunities and Quotes in Salesforce – Vocus and Voice products.
• Create Billing IDs and manage service orders.
• Conduct account audits with contract details and site info.
• Maintain and update customer data in Salesforce.
• Support ad hoc projects and qualifying sites for the Sales team.
