Job summary

Symbos is recruiting an Order Processing Coordinator to handle 200–250 daily customer orders for Australia, New Zealand and Singapore markets. This full-time, on-site role supports back-office operations with emphasis on accuracy, data integrity and efficient order management across ERP/CRM platforms.

You will monitor channels, validate orders, and ensure consistency across NetSuite and related systems, while learning AI-enabled tools to drive better customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in order processing, order management, or sales support/back-office.
• Experience using a CRM platform preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail with high-volume work.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
• Comfort with learning new programs and working across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Process 200–250 customer orders per day with high accuracy.
• Monitor inboxes and capture orders via email, voicemail, fax, or phone.
• Enter and maintain orders in NetSuite or other ERP/CRM systems.
• Review customer history to confirm correct customer, products and quantities.
• Identify discrepancies and resolve or escalate issues promptly.
• Assess urgency and prioritise requests for timely fulfilment.
• Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders to support order fulfilment.
• Learn new programs and AI-enabled tools used daily.
