Job summary

Symbos Managed Services Inc is seeking an Order Processing Coordinator for an onsite back-office role supporting Australia, New Zealand and Singapore markets. You will process 200–250 orders daily, validate customer and product details, and ensure accurate entry across ERP/CRM systems with strong attention to detail.

You will work across NetSuite or equivalents, communicate with internal teams, and learn AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in order processing, order management, or sales support.
• Experience using a CRM platform is highly preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy across high-volume work.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Comfort with learning new programs and working across multiple systems.
• Customer-focused, open to feedback and asks for support when needed.

Responsibilities

• Process 200–250 customer orders per day with high accuracy.
• Monitor shared inboxes and capture orders received via email, voicemail, fax, phone, and other channels.
• Enter and maintain customer orders in ERP/CRM systems (NetSuite or designated platform).
• Review customer history and order details to confirm correct customer, products, quantities and fulfilment warehouse.
• Identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
• Assess urgency and prioritise competing requests for timely order fulfilment.
• Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders to support accurate fulfilment.
• Learn new programs and AI-enabled tools used in day-to-day work.
