You will handle B2B and B2C orders, coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Accounts, maintain records, and ensure timely delivery, all while working Australian Time hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Sales Administration, Order Processing, or Customer Service.
• Experience with high-volume orders and data entry.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Intermediate Excel skills including formulas and pivot tables.
• Comfortable using multiple systems, portals, and software platforms.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with catalog maintenance and sales support functions.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to workflows.

Responsibilities

• Process B2B and B2C customer orders accurately from entry to delivery.
• Liaise with customers regarding order updates and inquiries.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain customer records, product information, and system data.
• Monitor order progress and resolve issues proactively.
