Job summary

Level Up Talent Solutions seeks an energetic Energy Storage Sales Representative to expand our customer base and manage client relationships. You will sell battery storage systems to residential homeowners, commercial & industrial clients, installers, and project developers.

You will identify prospects, present solutions, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts to meet monthly and quarterly targets while building strong relationships with installers, EPCs, and distributors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
2+ years B2B or B2C sales experience, preferably in solar, batteries, or renewable energy.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
Fluent in English with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers in the energy storage market (residential, commercial, or utility).
Present and demonstrate battery storage products and solutions to potential clients.
Prepare and deliver technical/commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with installers, EPCs, and distributors.
Stay updated on local energy policies, grid regulations, and battery incentives.
