Job summary

Level Up Business Process Outsourcing Services OPC in Cebu is seeking an energetic Energy Storage Sales Representative. This on-site role focuses on expanding the customer base, presenting battery storage solutions, and closing deals with residential, commercial, and utility clients.

You will perform technical and commercial proposals, build relationships with installers and distributors, and stay informed on local energy policies and incentives to drive sales targets.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: 2+ years of B2B or B2C sales experience, preferably in solar, batteries, inverters, or renewable energy.
• Technical knowledge: Understanding of lithium-ion batteries, energy storage concepts, and basic electrical terms.
• Proven track record: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Communication: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Languages: Fluent in English (additional local languages a plus).

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers in the energy storage market (residential, commercial, or utility segments).
• Present and demonstrate battery storage products and solutions to potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver technical/commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with installers, EPCs, and distributors.
