Job summary

Gardenia Bakeries Phils., Inc. is seeking an Employee Relations professional to support disciplinary processes, policy interpretation, and HR documentation. You will handle case management, hearings, and coordination with HR, Legal, Security, Operations, and Management in Binan, Laguna.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Psychology, Legal Management, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Employee Relations or HR (preferred).
  • Knowledge of labor laws, due process, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willling to work in Binan, Laguna.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Orientation for Newly Hired Employees (ONE).
  • Receive document and maintain accurate inventory of case numbers.
  • Assist ER Specialist and/or ER Supervisor in documentation.
  • Assist ER Specialist and/or Supervisor in routing of documents.
  • Assist ER Specialist and/or Supervisor in administrative hearing transcription.
  • Conduct fact-finding investigations and documentation of employee violations.
  • Coordinate administrative hearings and ensure due process.
  • Promote fair and consistent application of company policies.
  • Prepare and issue HR documents such as NTEs, RTWOs, NODA, and other disciplinary notices.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, Code of Discipline, and labor laws.
  • Assist in policy interpretation and provide guidance to employees and supervisors.
  • Assist in preparing Case Summaries and Chronology of Events.
  • Maintain ABU/NABU Summary; maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Track case timelines and timely issuance of notices.
  • Coordinate with HR Manager, Legal, Security, Operations, and Management regarding ER matters.
  • Perform other ER-related tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Legal Management, or related field.

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in Employee Relations or HR (preferred).

  • Knowledge of labor laws, due process, and disciplinary procedures.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters professionally.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working under pressure.

  • Willing to work in Binan, Laguna
