Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking an Employee Relations Staff (Reliever) to manage timely and fair resolution of disciplinary cases, support investigations, and ensure policy compliance across the organization.

You will coordinate with Legal and Operations, guide on employee relations practices, drive engagement initiatives, and support exits and performance processes to foster a positive, compliant workplace.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Admin, Psychology or related field.
  • 1–2 years HR experience, with strong exposure to employee relations, case handling, and investigations.
  • Knowledgeable on Philippine labor law and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor timely and fair resolution of employee disciplinary cases.
  • Support the HR Business Partner in investigations by gathering evidence, documenting findings, and preparing reports, notices, and recommendations.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Operations, and other HR functions to ensure proper case handling, documentation, and compliance with company policies.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations policies and disciplinary procedures.
  • Promote fairness, transparency, and accountability in all HR practices.
  • Process employee movements such as transfers, promotions, and other changes, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
  • Handle disciplinary notices, documentation, and case resolutions in accordance with due process and company standards.
  • Develop, plan, and implement employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Track and monitor Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and support performance management programs to drive employee growth and accountability.
  • Manage the employee exit process, including clearances, exit interviews, and final documentation, ensuring a smooth and compliant offboarding experience.
