MedHealth Connect Outsourcing Inc. is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist with 2–4 years of relevant experience in handling employee relations, disciplinary cases, NTEs, and compliance with Philippine labor laws and government-mandated requirements.
In this role, you will manage end-to-end NTE cases, conduct fact-finding investigations, prepare case documentation, and ensure due process while maintaining confidentiality.
We are looking for an Employee Relations Specialist with 2–4 years of relevant experience in handling employee relations, disciplinary cases, NTEs, and compliance with Philippine labor laws and government-mandated requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant handling of employee concerns and workplace cases.
Handle day-to-day employee relations concerns, including grievances, workplace conflicts, attendance issues, performance concerns, and policy violations.
Manage the end-to-end process of Notice to Explain (NTE) cases, including case assessment, documentation, issuance, monitoring of employee responses, and recommendation of appropriate actions.
Conduct fact-finding investigations and employee conferences related to disciplinary and workplace cases.
Prepare case documentation, incident reports, administrative hearing notices, and other employee relations documents.
Ensure proper observance of due process and consistent application of company policies and disciplinary procedures.
Provide guidance to employees, supervisors, and managers regarding company policies, workplace conduct, and employee relations matters.
Ensure compliance with Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and applicable government-mandated employment requirements.
Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential records of employee cases and disciplinary actions.
Coordinate with relevant government agencies and assist in labor-related inquiries, inspections, and documentation when required.
Review employee explanations and case findings and provide recommendations based on company policies and applicable labor regulations.
Monitor employee relations trends and recommend preventive or corrective actions to minimize recurring workplace issues.
Prepare regular reports and case summaries for HR management.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, HR Generalist, or a similar HR role.
Hands-on experience handling NTE cases, disciplinary actions, employee grievances, investigations, and administrative hearings.
Working knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and government-mandated employment requirements.
Strong understanding of due process and proper documentation in employee disciplinary cases.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical, investigative, and conflict-resolution skills.
High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and sound judgment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple employee cases and deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and HR documentation systems.
Willing to start ASAP for full onsite set-up and US Schedule
