Job summary

Job Description
1. Employee Relations and Conflict Management
  • Monitor employee behavior and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
  • Address employee concerns, grievances, and workplace conflicts in a professional and timely manner.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution between employees or between employees and management when necessary.
  • Provide assistance to HR in conducting investigations and hearings for employee-related issues.
2. Policy Implementation and Compliance Monitoring
  • Ensure strict implementation and monitoring of company rules, regulations, and policies.
  • Issue reminders, notices, and memos to employees who violate company policies.
  • Assist in preparing and serving Notices to Explain (NTE), Warning Letters, and Disciplinary Actions.
  • Ensure that all disciplinary actions are aligned with company policies and labor laws.
  • Maintain accurate records of disciplinary actions, NTEs, and incident reports.
3. Disciplinary Actions and Corrective Measures
  • Monitor and track employee violations and ensure proper disciplinary measures are applied.
  • Assist the HR Officer in conducting due process for employees who committed violations.
  • Recommend appropriate sanctions based on the gravity of the offense, ensuring fairness and consistency.
  • Facilitate documentation and submission of incident reports, NTEs, and other related documents.
4. Documentation and Reporting
  • Prepare reports regarding employee behavior, violations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Maintain a database of employee records related to policy violations and sanctions.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all disciplinary cases, warnings, and resolutions.
  • Submit weekly and monthly reports on compliance status and employee relations updates.
5. Employee Engagement and Support
  • Promote a positive and harmonious work environment to reduce conflict and improve employee satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to employees regarding company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities to boost morale and enhance productivity.
  • Participate in HR meetings and provide insights for improving employee relations strategies.
6. Labor Law and Policy Compliance
  • Ensure all actions related to employee discipline comply with the Labor Code of the Philippines.
  • Keep up-to-date with labor laws and company policies to ensure fair and lawful practices.
  • Provide assistance in labor audits, investigations, and government compliance related to employee discipline.
Qualifications
  • 3‑5 years experienced in the same position.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and disciplinary procedures in the Philippines.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Experience in HR or employee relations is an advantage.
