Job summary

Vikings Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Supervisor to oversee employee relations matters and help maintain a positive, fair, and productive work environment. The role will handle employee concerns, disciplinary cases, workplace investigations, conflict resolution, and ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, or HR.
• Experience in supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, due process, discipline, and grievance handling.
• Experience in handling administrative cases, investigations, and hearings.
• Knowledgeable in preparing HR and disciplinary documents (NTEs, notices, memoranda, incident reports).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized and able to handle multiple cases and priorities.
• Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Handle employee grievances, complaints, concerns, and workplace conflicts.
• Conduct investigations and administrative fact-finding in disciplinary cases.
• Ensure due process and proper disciplinary procedures.
• Prepare HR and disciplinary documents (NTEs, notices, memoranda, case files).
• Facilitate administrative hearings, conferences, mediation, and conflict-resolution discussions.
• Provide guidance to managers on employee relations concerns and disciplinary matters.

Key responsibilities

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or any related course.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, or Human Resources.
• Preferably with experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, due process, employee discipline, and grievance handling.
• Experience in handling administrative cases, conducting investigations, and facilitating administrative hearings.
• Knowledgeable in preparing HR and disciplinary documents such as Notice to Explain (NTE), Notices of Decision, memoranda, and incident reports.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized and able to handle multiple cases and priorities.
• Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
